Let’s get started then.
Q.1 I will request you to introduce yourselves and tell us more about yourselves to the readers of BloggingScoops.
Ans) Hi Guys my name is Manik Sharma and here is my cousin brother Pankaj Sharma. We both are digital marketers from India now based in Toronto.
Q.2 Okay so let’s start from the start. When and how you both decided to collaborate with each other and start this online marketing journey?
Ans) Well, Pankaj and Me both before starting an online business we used to do many stupid things together like making funny YouTube videos, making amusement park on our terrace or anything but together. Since then we knew we have good bonding and together we can do really cool stuff. Later in 2011, we started POPO with just 200rs ($3) Domain.
Q.3 What were your few first projects on which you both started working and what happened to it. (Cool Punjabi and techbook) were two I heard of. Would you like to share something about it?
Ans) First, it’s Kool Punjabi from ‘K’. Koolpunjabi was a social media site or community of the Punjabi’s abroad and in India to connect with each other. This site initially got good traction but who can beat Facebook? Other projects were Swaponn (OLX of that time), Stouffville (Music Download Website), and I M kinda Big Deal (Shoutmeloud Copy). Many More sites…
Q.4 What were your biggest challenges when you decided to enter into the Internet Marketing Industry?
Ans) No Money and No result is the biggest problem. When you are not getting any result and moreover you are also not making any money because that really make you doubt your abilities or whole business model of Internet Marketing.
Q.5 Why you opted for Entrepreneurship and why not traditional 9 to 5 job?
Ans) Job is a temporary solution for a long-term problem. The sooner you understand it, the better it is.
Q.6 Do you see any importance in relationship building and Networking. And if so share some tips to pull it off in the pro way.
Ans) Networking is the way to scale your business from 5 figure to 6 or 7 figure. More people you know in your industry more you open gate of opportunities for yourself.
(Google AdSense Part)
Q.7 You both generate more than $13,000/month or sometimes $1000/day. How are you able to achieve it?
Ans) Just want to make clear whatever we are earning is not fixed income. It’s not like every day we make $1,000 because obviously, some things are not in our control. You can also achieve this numbers by properly analyzing your stats. Know your number if you want to grow your business. Know how much clicks, CPC, Pageviews, RPM etc. you need to make $$$ per day.
Q.8 What tips you would like to give to the readers of BloggingScoops who are fully dependent on the AdSense revenue and are not able to make much money with it. What they should do in order to generate some good revenue from Google AdSense.
Ans) Low CPC keyword with high search Volume. That’s it (Master it! Money will follow)
Q.9 How one should protect his Google AdSense account from being disabled and if it gets disabled by Google then how to recover it?
Ans) Try not to click on your ads but according to my experience so far once your account gets disabled it has very thin chances to recover.
Q.10 How to avoid click bombing? (Google AdSense)
Ans) Just ban those IPs which seems fishy.
Q.11 How to know what’s working in SEO and what’s not? Because there is so much overwhelming information out there.
Ans) Try everything. People say GSA is dead, Blog Commenting is dead but for us, its still work. So try try try!
Q.12 What do you think the SEO will be in 2018?
Ans) Boring!! Go for paid traffic as soon as you can.
Q.13 What Kind of link building strategies you guys follow in order to get a high number and high quality of backlinks in less amount of time?
Ans) Everything we taught in our webinar is something we used. You can watch our webinar about backlinks here
Q.14 How people should approach paid advertising for their business and what are some of the best-paid advertising networks according to you.
Ans) Facebook and Adword is the way to go. Don’t waste time on other networks.
Q.15 Your views on Facebook ads vs. Google Ads. Which one’s the best? (Hot Topic of Discussion)
Ans) Everything is good. It all depends on your marketing objectives.
Q.16 How one should create a successful social media strategy for their website/blog/business. And how you guys are using social media?
Ans) We are using social media more than SEO. Enough Said!
Q.17 What your YouTube channel is about and what one can expect from there. To whom the channel can be helpful and how.
Ans) We started our YouTube Channel for our personal fun so we can show it to our kids in future what we used to do. Unfortunately, people started liking our video and we have no other option but to make more videos. Our video quality is not good and sounds too. So don’t expect us to make a video like Logan Paul or Casey. Our only purpose is to give you information which will be helpful for your digital marketing career.
Note: You can check out their youtube channel here.
Q.18 What is the motive behind your facebook group. And who should join it?
Ans) So after our videos went viral. People started asking us technical questions but the problem was every day we were getting like 50+ msg which is really difficult to reply. So we got an idea to make a community where we exchange value and help each other to grow. Join it if you want to practically try what we teach otherwise don’t join. Link to our FB group here.

Q.20 What tools do you use?
Ans) No tools. Learn to use Google properly. (For Beginners)
Q.21 What are the projects which you are working on and what are the future projects that you have in your mind?
Ans) Yolancer.com is our big project its SEO marketplace. Second, is fololink.com it’s a website that let you put multiple links in your Instagram bio. No future projects.
Q.22 How do you manage your work. Do you have a team? Some tips you would like to share with our readers in order to increase the productivity.
Ans) We have virtual employees and we manage them from WhatsApp. (No fancy tool again)
Q.23 In your journey did you guys ever felt like giving up and if so then how did you overcome it. If someone is going through a really bad time what advice you would like to give him.
Ans) Persistence is the key! Don’t be a jerk. Keep trying until you start making money.
Final Words which you would like to say to our readers.
Stop just reading the articles on websites and go rank your website. Trust me, Google AdSense is a blank cheque. It’s on you what amount you want to fill in that blank cheque.
